Michaeline LI went inside to inform person working behind the counter that I was dropping off the trailer and asked if there was anything he needed from me to conclude the rental, gentlemen said no and I confirmed where he would like the trailer placed. He said to the right of the other trailer already there that would be fine. I dropped off trailer in location specified, and took pictures of where the trailer was placed and how the safety chain and electrical wire was wrapped. I dropped off the trailer around 1:40pm on Thursday May 25th according to photo time stamp. I received text on Friday saying I needed to schedule my equip. rental return. I called your customer service number talked with a very nice and helpful lady and she asked for me to include my photos in a return email after she was unable to contact anyone at the return location. This disconnect of communication with the return location was irritating, knowing I had done everything I was supposed to from my side of things.
Lanny FSaid the gas gage was much lower then it actually was and charged me $100 for it. The guy didn't want to do a walk through at drop off.
