Adam C.When I first came there and got the truck the gentleman was nice and everything. It's when I noticed one of the tires was low. I went back in told the gentleman that the tire was low on air and all I got told was I'm sorry I can't do anything about that. Not to mention one of the headlights was messed up as well. I ended up having to get roadside assistance to fix the tire and far as the headlight I had to inform the Uhaul representative I dropped it off at about the headlight. The truck has mud inside the cab floorboard and had mud on the sides also tires of the truck. I was highly disappointed with the service I got. It just seemed half assed clean and taken care of.

We spent 6 hrs trying to get a car hauler on a sunday at two different locations. we had a reservation but no help with the system down, The barn center came in early on monday to get us one. thanks. now the hauler i rented was u hauls and it was a piece of junk. the entire. hauler was greasy including the chains, it was dented, dirty, and i even had to climb out of my car window to get out because the foldable fender had a metal plate bolted to the side and that prevented the door from opening. I offered them $50 for it.

If I were left to return the trailer after hours there would have been no way that I would have been able to lift it off the ball of my vehicle. I'm glad that there was an employee there to do it for me. And it was difficult for him as well even though he was a strong person.

TONY H.We paid the amount that we were supposed to and actually paid for two more days and then they started charging us or trying to charge our cards and taking different amounts out of our account to try to get more money the owner said that I still owed him $162 because of the mileage but the mileage was not accurate I took a picture with complete mileage and did not match what he said I used so no we will not be using U-Haul anymore and at 79 cents a mile that's just crazy the check engine light came on on the U-Haul and AutoZone put it on a code reader and it said something about the fuel and then they mileage kept bouncing around when and saying it had a 20,000 miles on it when we got in it it had 1,162 mi on it and then the second reading said that it had 1600 and something miles this is not the readings that we got on the actual truck this is what the code reader pulled up as the actual mileage for that vehicle through the code reader that is connected to the truck itself so somehow I don't seem how when coming from the direct computer of the vehicle that it is not accurate anyway we would definitely not be using them again and if he keeps charging my card after I return the vehicle I am going to sue U-Haul and I am going to sue the owner thank you have a blessed day

MIKEL C.When making a reservation please make sure the business is actually opened. We were told where to pickup the trailer and also received an emailed confirmation several days prior to the date we needed to pick it up. On the day we were supposed to pick up the trailer we were contacted by customer service that this business would be closed that day and they had made the reservation at another location within that same city. We called that location to find out that they were also closed. We called customer service and they booked a location 20 minutes away and we drove to that city and they were also closed. Again we had to contact customer service and they were able to find a location actually opened but it was 30 minutes away. The trailer that they had on hand, the wiring for the light was fraid and broken and one side didn't work at all resulting in no brake light or turn signal on that side and then we were charged extra fees for an adapter that we were not expected to have to purchase.

The rest was a nightmare!make sure to keep all paperwork, LOOK at it before you drive away, might wanna make sure the location is open so you're able to get the vehicle you reserve and do not rack up additional miles. Don't think anyone is trustworthy enough to hand over cash without a receipt no matter what! Yeah sounds like a bunch of rookie mistakes but when your in a bind and behind schedule already you tend to just take what you can. Never again will I rent from uhaul! Im Being sent a bill that I paid, they continue to try and run my card. The invoice online is totally different than whtI agreed to and signed in location. My 19.95 rental went to 89.00 w/100 free miles overages @.89 a mile I paid for every mile Iput on the truck , needed a Van , due to rain, fit a pu truck. Wanted to charge me additional 40$ to keep it till later than 11:30 pm. So just get it for 24 hours cause it's the same damn price. They will not do any that will help you for sure. Lesson learned.......
