The location was normally closed when we dropped off the trailer but a gentleman working there was working late and took care of us returning the trailer after working hours. Super nice guy!

Ahmed TWe were told my multiple Uhaul employees that the truck was dock height which it was not. This was our first time renting a box truck so we relied on the information from the employees. I advised multiple times that it must be dock height. This caused us to have to physically load and unload 9 pallets by hand. This is why we had to keep the truck for additional days. I have called and explained the issues on two occasions and the supervisor has never called me back. Also, I have been billed for dolleys that we did not request or use. This appears to be a scam and I will never do business with Uhaul gain. This has cost my small business a lot of extra expense and noone at Uhaul will own the mistake.

Patricia LI ordered a utility dolly and 10 furniture pads, neither of which came with the truck. When I disputed the charges I was informed someone from U-Haul would reach out the next day. Nobody ever did and I was charged for stuff I didn’t get.
Laura BCan’t think of anything. At this location, Tim was great - an excellent representative for U-haul. From a corporate perspective, I received a call to redirect me when a trailer was not available at the originally assigned location - which was greatly appreciated and which worked very well.
Bob MHad to ask for help to load the trailer onto my hitch. It is pretty heavy and the lady helping me with the paperwork made no attempt to call for help until I finally asked if someone could help me lift it.
Mauri AConfirmation email said pick up at Auman Motor Company. Called them. They had no reservation for me. Canceled due to poor communication and poor service. Searching for alternative company to do business with. Thanks alot.

Carl GMy experience with uhaul was horrible , I reserved a truck 3 days before my move out of state and planned everything around it , day before my move they wanted me to drive an hour out of my way to pick up the truck ....this was totally not what I asked for . It literally took me all day to find another uhaul in my area to work with me then it cost me an additional $80 which I should not have had to pay for because of the inconvenience of uhaul messing my reservation up....I will not use this company again .
Shane LLocation was closed when I dropped off my vehicle. So if maybe you all provide instuctions somewhere around to instruct how to properly drop of the u-haul. The call center was closed so I had to go through customer care. Not a bad experience the location was kinda underwhelming but not bad. Thanks for everything U-Haul. Great experience everytime all the time.
