First of all, he was confused on what trailer I had reserved, I had a 4x8 enclosed and he insisted I had a car dolly, I had the reservation and matching trailer ID to prove him wrong. Finally the person accused me of stealing from him when he told me my credit card didn't go though for the final payment. I had a charge on my credit card and also tried to work with him while he threatened to call the police on me. I attempted to show him the receipt for payment in my email but he continued to yell at me.

Christina kPlace was a complete dump and looked like a hoarders house. I thought I was in the wrong place. Gentleman there didn't speak English well and had trouble with looking up the reservation. I had to take a picture of my license twice. He tried charging me $8 more for insurance when I prepicked the lowest insurance rate for $24. He said he can't change the amount because it automatically comes up in system. Other than that the equipment worked fine.

ANDRE SThey Older gentlemen was very (HOMOPHOBIC) I politely ask him “Why was he being so mean)? Because he had an attitude with me and my girlfriend since we walked in the door and spoke to him. He said “ You know what’s mean? Your face” He the proceeded to say, “ My money is worth nothing” because he only “makes $3.00 off of it” “I could always go to another Uhaul” Had I known I was going to encounter an old racist homophobic (Contractor/employee) I would have wholeheartedly went to another location. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect while trying to give my business, and I’m sure We’re not the first people he’s treated like this because he was way to comfortable with the rudeness. Please fix it, I would never want anybody going through what we went through it’s not right or fair. Thank you!

ANTHONY TEquipment I ordered was not included. Process was frustrating. The battery died mid day and needed to be jumped. I called the location and the guy working there said it wasn’t his job and I needed to call U-Haul. I asked for the number and he told me to look it up. After I returned the truck I got a number of text messages from what I can assume was the man’s personal cell phone stating that I had not returned the truck and wanting to know when he can expect it. I told him it was returned at 3:30 and I uploaded pictures to the app. He said he was there till 4 and the truck wasn’t there when he left. He continued to text me that evening asking for the truck.

JENNIFER KOnly one person was available and was 15 minutes late. The truck itself was a typical U-Haul, nice and clean. The service location really did throw everything off, looking like a junk yard/used auto dealer.

Took at least an hour to get my U-Haul. The owner, Tony, called me the night prior and left me a voice message saying I can pick up the truck in the morning and give him a call if I needed anything. I called when I was unable to get access to my truck and I got sent straight to voicemail every single time. The truck had leftover ash in it from whomever drove it previously. It smelled so bad in there. When I went to drop off the truck, I requested that I get a refund on the dolly’s I ordered since I was unable to pick them up in the morning. The owner then told me it was my fault because he called me the night before to tell me that I can “take a different truck” because he “put two dollies in the back of another truck.” (Okay, but why wasn’t that truck assigned to me then? How do I get access to this truck when I’m picking up a key from a lock box?) He told me that since I never returned his call, it was my fault. However, I still have the voicemail saved and a direct transcript of it that shows he never called to let me know about any problems I would run into, or any issues with my reservation. Rather, he gave me simple directions as to how to pick up my truck and to call him anytime if I need anything at all. His voicemail never even mentioned to return his call.

VICTOR M(4 paragraphs) I only went to this location, over 20 miles farther away and including tolls, because the first truck I had reserved was double booked (a time extension was allowed 1.5 hrs past my reservation time). Spent an hour on the phone waiting to talk with someone. Never did. A kind gentleman at the first pick-up site called a U-Haul traffic person who finally contacted me about another truck. The man at the second location told me that apparently the truck there was also offered to two others but thankfully the man held it for me...I got a text about the second location at 9:54 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. reservation...it was 35 minutes away. When I drove the truck to a storage facility, the seat belt got stuck and wouldn't release or let me out so I had to crawl through the straps/loops with help from a friend. Finally, it released after 45 minutes and waiting on the phone to speak with someone (never got through). Upon closer review of the receipt, the charges were incorrect. I've emailed about all of this. It was a very stressful day with U-Haul, and I was disappointed because I've used U-Haul trucks before and it was fine. But today was just bad. I know it's a busy season, but please don't double book and hire more staff to answer the phones.

Daniel SYour rep told me that location was open they had to keep changing the time when they got thur helping me I was surpose to get truck at one o’clock it was I believe about 2 or close to 3 too late for me to do what I needed to do. Really bad Experience. Never want to do that again. One of your rep’s were on the phone for maybe an hour seem like trying to help me get that app to work so I could try to get the key. Thanks for asking mot satisfied at all.

Hector OMy experience was a disaster from the beginning, I ordered the 15 footers and I got the 10th, I ordered pads when I got there the location has no pads, I called 5 times the 800 number and while I was waiting on line mimum 10 minuets each time and no one come to the phone, and finally my last one lasted almost 18 minuets and I couldn’t talk to no one. I promise you I will recommend you to no one, and I didn’t even say anything about the location, it looks like u guys no one visited the location!!!! Bad business

VANESSA RThis place is a hole in the wall. The person was late opening his "store" for my appointment. He could not print the transaction record. He didn't ask if I wanted pads or a hand truck. The truck steering pulled to the right and the check engine light turned on near my destination. The pick up locations in both rental cases were not in the town of preference.
