Grass clippings snd small debris still in truck. Better cleaned or swept beforehand. Tank only 7/8 full, too.

Seems like they don't care because I went to return the trailer on Sunday morning, and I receive a call from Uhaul on Wednesday asking me if I return the trailer? I was at the location at 8:00 in the morning because when I checked their operating hours online, they supposed to be open at 8:00 in the morning. I even called Uhaul roadside assistance number to find out their operating hours because I was waiting outside the gate at 8:00am. y from Uhaul

When I picked up the truck, the dolly was not in the vehicle and I was told that I would have a reimbursement for the dolly due to me having to drive 20 miles round trip to come back and pick up the dolly. This was not given to me and feel like I was lied to. I would not return here unfortunately.

I was charges for the default $10 insurance although I explicitly stated I did not need or want it. I think the clerk did not see the default amount was added, I had the same problem online and decided to do it in person. but now I was charged $10 too much. I have been told I have to go back to the location and they will give me $10, but it should be credited directly to my credit card. i don't want to drive there again and don't want them to be out this money, Please make this right,
