Linda PNo light lighting and you sent me to the wrong address 1st I had to look it up on Google I know I put an extra 5 miles turning around trying to find the 1st place and then going back across town to the right place and then it was still a nightmare all the way around
ANNA BI was sent to the wrong address first and not only was it wrong but I ended up going and turning around 2 times trying to find the 1st address. Then I asked Google to see if that was the right address and it wasn't so then I had to go back from the same place I was already Then they didn't have anything posted with there name or uhauls name and if it wasn't for the couple of trailers I wouldn't have known it was where the U-Haul place was . Took me 20 mins to find the key drop box....wasn't happy at all and there was no lighting at all thank God I had a flashlight
ANNA BI rented the 6x12, I am in great shape, but lifting that trailer tongue is heavy! I think you need a trailer jack on that size trailer. Your websites differ between laptop and phone and both could be a little smoother to operate.

William NAwful! Disorganized. It took over an hour to pick up the Uhaul, and it was not clean inside the cab. We had to drive nearly an hour to get to the location and only one person knew how to handle the transaction.

Matt DUpon arrival to pickup the trailer for my vacation that my wife reserved over a month since advance .The size of trailer was wrong the price was wrong and upon finally getting that straigned out we hooked up the only small trailer in the lot and the lights did not work causing me to run late on leaving for my trip .I had already filled out a similar questionnaire after rental and never heard anything back from your company .

Christopher KOur pick up location was not where I was told that it would be. I reserved a 10 ft. box truck for pick up in a specific town and was told there would be one available somewhere in that town the day of my pick up. However, I learned that this is just a word game. This did not mean a 10 ft. box truck, it meant a "truck" in general. Also I learned that there is no such thing as reserving a truck even when you give a credit card number to hold one. I was given a free day of use because the pick up location was wrong. However, the extra mileage to pick it up ended costing me just as much. Most people don't rent U-Hauls on a regular basis so your employees need to give us as much information as possible that we may not even think of. I was also charged insurance for the "free" day. I can't believe that the insurance isn't just for the whole duration of the use of the truck.
