This location was Great! Easy access, easy to find, and plenty of room for parking! The gal was very informative and very pleasant to work with at the location! We would definitely recommend!!!
Kristi CLocation didn’t open until 10:30, a lady had called me the day before to recommend using auto checkout option which was fine although, I said I would like it at 8am and she indicated that was fine, scheduled pickup was 10am and I couldn’t get it until an hour earlier. I was also missing the appliance dolly as ordered which added 6 miles to my trip to go back and pick it up once they opened, of course I was charged for the mileage overage of 10 miles….

ANTHONY BThe truck could be cleaner, windshield cleaned, inside cab area be cleaned out. Truck full of gas when picked up n communicate to customer that truck must be full when dropped off.. Handling of the truck was terrible. No cruise. Radio didnt work.

Denise DThis was the first time I used the 24/7 drop off. It was very convenient. I was just surprised that I wasn’t dropping off at a uhaul “store”. I circled around the parking lot wondering where to drop off but I saw 2 other uhauls and decided it must be okay to leave it there. The online return and submitting pictures made me feel better about dropping off the uhaul to an empty Bargain Hunters parking lot.
Laura MJayna was very helpful. She navigated quickly despite computer issues and got me on my way. Ruben was super friendly and checked our hook up to ensure safety! Price was super reasonable!

Randy GThe truck was filthy and clearly had not even been checked before renting it out to us. There was even a rotten chicken bone in the cab of the truck. This was very repulsive and should never happen, but especially in these days of covid and the standard of cleanliness that should be expected for safety issues. The gas tank was not full either, which we made sure was noted for the return. The back of the truck was covered in some sort of drywall dust or something and the wall of the truck looked like it had blood splashed on it (I'm hoping it was paint). Just a mess overall and we had to clean it before loading our stuff or driving in it.
Richard WPrice was ridiculously expensive, makes me rethink continuing to rent from uhaul. Trailer was not very well maintained, tires were iffy at best, trailer had lots of caulking on seams, looks well used, parking brake didnt work.
JEREMY NI had to unload the trailer myself. No one was available to unhook and lift the trailer off the hitch. Not the best thing for someone like me with screws and steel rods and plates in my back and neck.
Richard MI dropped off through the app so did not go inside or interact with the staff as they were closed when I was dropping off. There is plenty of parking which was great with a large truck and the key drop off was easy to find.

Gary BThere are a number of Uhaul locations in town which seem to be loosely coordinated. I thought I was going to need the truck on the 23rd, but found that I needed it earlier. I kept getting references to my reservation for the 23rd even after I had the truck. The truck was new and well maintained.

Todd KGiven the shitty and lack of service we got from ABC mobile storage, Jana was amazing at Bargin Hunters. I will suggest their uhaul trailers in the future and use them personally.
Lynn BTruck was filthy, candy stuck to the floor, smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette ashes everywhere. The uhaul box was dirty and not been swept. The uhaul rep where I picked up my truck was on her phone and distracted. Didn't have anything ready to go.

David GWe we're supposed to pick trailer up at Nebraska Appliance Center, however it was NOT there. We had to drive to another location . Not pleased about that.
Scott AThe person at the location was not able to process the rental - I'm sure that this will be fixed soon. I had to go to another location to do the paperwork and then return to Bargain Hunters to get the trailer. And then, they couldn't hook up the lights, so I drove 150 miles without lights on the trailer. I did get the trailer and it worked perfectly, so I'm happy about that.
don wTruck didn’t have cruise control and was barely able to go 65mph which is below some of the speed limits we were to maintain.
Taylor Aplacing some form of detector for if the roll up door on the truck is open still before driving off. Either a light indicator or a beeping indicator.
