Yolanda VThis was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. I was charged two rental fees as the system populated that I only booked the rental for a four hour block. The system continuously crashed on me when I was trying to log in and then on return the location had too many trucks parked in the lot and I had to wait 1.5 hours to complete drop off.
Alvin OCheck in process by having to scan 2nd form of ID is poor process. Using GPS of phone means I’m onsite and lease would be at office. Can provide 2nd phone number but what if office number is not available or people work remote

John YUpon accidental oversight, Summer and her team handled my concern with care and kindness. They listened to what I had to say and expressed interested in ensuring I was a satisfied customer. I am appreciative of the service they were able to provide. Despite the hassle of moving I remain a happy customer and have Moving On to thank for being the reason I was able to move my belongings and start a new chapter.
Gabriela VOriginally scheduled pick up for 8:30am and doing the self check out option. Received a call a couple days later - the afternoon before pick up, that self check out was actually not available. Ended up having to come in at 10am instead, when they opened- how can they open so late? Arrived a couple minutes before 10, no where to park while waiting on a busy street. Drove around the block a couple of times, until they finally showed up 10 minutes late. I usually wouldn’t care about being 10 minutes late, but I told them the afternoon before I would be there right at 10, and I was already picking up an hour and a half later.. Not very professional, I would have gone to another a little further away to pick up on time.

Jackie bthis particular u-Haul location the representative there cannot be trusted. The reason I say this is my first time experience I was billed incorrectly for mileage it was actually 14 and they charged me for 41. So I rented a second time and the same occurrence, they overcharged me on the mileage, and they billed me for an excessive amount of gas, so I’ve reported all of these occurrences and have been reimbursed both times so that’s validation that this location is not trustworthy.

Norman W1- the vehicle (pick up truck) was filthy 2- upon receiving my final bill I was over charged 27- miles at $.89 per. 3- call the store and demanded a refund or this overcharge (done) Horrible experience and why the variance not to my benefit (scam ??) 4- Be extra cautious with uhaul stores.
Glen MI loved my experience with this office . They were friendly , answered all my questions , they have all the little things that you forget or pack up and then need . Honestly the best U-Haul dealer I have ever been to. I will be telling my friends about this location . They have 5 stars from me . ❤️❤️
