RANDALL GI was overcharged for fuel. My total trip was nine miles. The gas gauge didn’t even move! I was charged for THREE gallons of fuel, almost $15.00. I thought that was a dishonest charge.
Thomas BThe vendor was not well-versed with the equipment check out process. After 15 minutes of trial and error, the truck was identified. It was not the best. It was old, did not run that well, super uncomfortable to drive, the driver door seal leaked in the rain, and it was just overall in bad shape. The cab was filthy with cigarette ashes in the cup holders and a persistent residue on everything. Despite having a nicer newer model at the site, with great reluctance, I took the old truck. I’ve had better experiences but I’ve also had worse. The truck condition is not the fault of the vendor. They’re providing what UHaul gives them. However, knowing the condition of that equipment ahead of time would allow for adjustments if the customer requested something a bit nicer.
Eric LI ordered moving pads and they weren't in the truck but was charged for them. I had to pick up the truck at a different location. The check-in process was a pain.
