Michelle SNo washer fluid in truck, windshield was filthy. Had to put my own in. Some garbage left in the truck. Otherwise no issues, easy pickup, good vehicle and friendly staff.
David NDealer didn't asked if I wanted an insurance or no. He extra charged me without my permission.
THI Mattendee should ask the customer before adding any additional coverage to the rental.
OMAR KHere is my advice. If at all possible, avoid the self checkout feature using the app. I cannot adequately express my frustration with this app. Arrived, attempt check-in. Cannot detect location. Verify location services are running on my phone. Google maps puts me standing basically on top of the truck so I know its not my phone, app doesn't work. Install app on my wife's phone. Location works, but cannot complete check-in. App constantly resets about 5-6 steps in. By the way, you would think it would save the previous steps, you know, like every other app on the planet, but you'd be wrong about that. Call Support, 10 mins on hold, 1st agent hangs up mid sentence. Call back, 20 mins on hold, 2nd agent advises they need to verify me with ANOTHER person. My wife is literally standing next to me. Sorry, app is requesting another person (2 people for verification of who I am). Call another friend to verify me, finally complete process. I mean, honestly. This put me about 2 hours behind on moving day, and my frustration level at about 9-10. IF I ever rent from U-Haul again, and that's a big IF, I will be using the counter check-in. I will say, the return part in the app, actually worked (to my surprise), so there is that I suppose. If you do use the app, I wish you all the luck and suggest taking a long breath before starting. Why 2 stars instead of 1 you ask? Well, the truck was clean, everything worked well, tires/brakes, all good. This is what was so annoying, the app ruined what otherwise was a pleasant experience. David MStaff was late and we had to wait to get the van. He was helpful in letting us change van sizes and driver so that was good.
Andrew DUhaul was not clean other than that it was fine.
Mike CThis is our third rental here. The back door of the truck we got today was very difficult to close. It wouldn't move on it's tracks very well. This is the first time we've had kind of problem with the trucks we've rented.
MARTHA Hit was very quick and easy to get the truck which I appreciated. the truck itself though still had garbage etc from the previous driver in it, other than that - everything was great - easy to pick up and drop off. would use that location again. staff was friendly and courteous.

MARTHA HI had ordered a dolly for my moving and I was charged. I didn't get it unfortunately and the worse part is I didn't get the refund as well.
Ashif MI had ordered moving pads but when I got to the location, they didn't have any. The truck was covered with snow and there was no cleaning equipment. The person at the store said he had no way of knowing that it had snow and I had to clean it myself.

MOHAMMADHAMZAH SI will never recommend to anyone. They add extra charges for fuel even I have filled the required amount of fuel. Pathetic service and no one respond when I asked for explanation.

NAJEM BThe fuel level was slightly lower than the level at time of vehicle leasing; however the company charged for 20Litres - $41.13 plus tax which is too much and exorbitant. And why Tax over fuel which already has tax included ? Your company has simply provided service and has already charged service fee by charging over $2/litre (market rate is $1.35/L). In the past every leasing experience with UHaul has been outstanding except this experience.... Looks like a Rip off situation!! I expect a refund of this charge

Zeeshan uI am a new customer to uhaul, and not driven an American vehicle and had trouble finding controls to switch on the lighting system and the vehicle dash board was displaying messages regarding gas cap loose and service tyre monitoring system . The messages gives a feeling of uneasiness to use the vehicle for a long distance

Nigel HI don't think it's all locations fault. I booked a 9am pickup anf when I was picking it up, the location is close. The Uhaul app told me to wait until the location opens at 11am. I messaged Uhaul chat and I was told the same. Why Uhaul app allowed me to book for 9am and not available for pick up until 11am? By the time I left the location it's already 11:30, 2 hrs behind my schedule.

Nigel HAlthough the cargo van was clean and well maintained there was a terrible smell in the vehicle which I let the store owner know about, he said he would check into it but did make the overall experience fall short unfortunately.
Sandeep Si was given the insurance as default and no one explained me . When k returned the vehicle and asked for the charges i was told $16 for insurance which i never opted for not i was explained . i would have appreciated if the choice would have left to me for insurance .
Neeraj BEquipment was not clean, The Mileage out was different from Actual mileage shown in Odometer. (slight difference) Same thing with Fuel level too. Overall, not that satisfied.

Ashish AI have booked it for 2pm and received the vehicle roughly 2:30pm plus I ask the guy not to add coverage as my insucovers the rental but it was still charged. So I had to call your customer service for that.
FAROOQ ZVan was not available as per the reserved time. So had to wait for half an hour. It seems like this van drink gas as we travelled only 13 km but had to fill in 19.5 liter gas that's too much. So either gas gauge is not working properly or it drink gas too much.

ANTONIA MGood service . No problem signing in during off hours and retaining truck. The truck requires service per the dashboard lights on however it operated without issue. Fair value. I'll call on them again.

Thomas PPlease ensure you check the agreement before signing. They’ll add random charges. We specifically selected no insurance and they added in the insurance and since we didn’t check (since we had done our selections online) we only found out upon receiving the card charge
Saurabh SI rented the uhaual for the first time and I was disappointed with the service. Because the guy keep calling me to return and I haven’t done with all my stuff. Since he kept calling I returned and end up to booked another u haul in different location. I had to pay extra because the guy already left from the location and as per I know u haul per day not per hour . First time experienced but not the good ones.
SANDEEP BI rented it for two hours only and returned it, and the whole trip is 22 kilometers, and I took more than what is required in gas. If it turns out that since I took the car, the tank did not have gas, then renting for a period of no less than two hours costs $80. This is crazy.
