I filled out info online and had a registration number, but when I went to pick up the truck, I had to give the guy all information again(he didn't want my registration number). He put me down for a whole day when I told him I'd asked for 4 hours(I used the truck for 2 hours). I told him I would put approximately 25 miles on the truck and actual use was less than that. I figured the charge for those miles plus the truck tax and other charge. I was billed for around $10 more than what I should have been. (I put 5 gallons of gas in the truck which brought the gauge to where it was supposed to be) It's only $10 more but a dollar is a dollar. When I returned the truck the guy didn't go over it with me, he just asked me to leave the key on the counter.

I had a hole in my gas tank and Hector from GHL ROADSIDE SERVICES, went above and beyond to fix the problem. Roadside assistance Customer support was excellent and Jonathan the field manager was excellent with reimbursements. I love also how everyone was checking on us every half hour to make sure we were ok

The Assistant Manager who assisted me was very warm and friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him and the van I rented was perfect for the job. Just an excellent overall experience.

The box truck is in need of an alignment and the brakes were horrible. Diana was very helpful during the check in process, and overall the service was good.

Please update the uhaul website. This location doesn't have 24/7 services avaliable. I reserved for a 7am pick up received a conformation of my reservation. Only to find out I couldn't pickup truck till 930 am at this location. I had to spend and additional 130.00 for different movers to help. As my morning movers could not wait around.

Fix your website so locations without "24/7" pickup do not allow booking. I booked a 6am to 6pm rental and when IO arrived the website wouldn't let me pickup until 10am when they opened. This caused a huge headache a delay to our move.
