MICHAEL CI picked up the van, filled it with gas and started to load it when I saw a roach crawl out from under the floor mat. I lifted the mat and the van was majorly infected with roaches! They were in there a long time breeding as there were also many small roaches. I returned immediately the van for a truck that was dirty with no windshield washer fluid so I couldn’t clear the windows. There is no excuse for U-Haul to neglect and give a customer a roach infected vehicle! A horrible disgusting experience.

ANIMARIE RNo one was at the drop off location when I arrived at 12pm. I had to load the app and do the drop off that way. I just did not expect to spend an extra 30 minutes there. What I had paid to rent this truck I should not have had to do anything extra. This is the 4th truck I have rented in a year and I have never had to do a self drop off.

CARLOS VA couple of service items are needed on this trailer (AT6640K). I was stopped by the county sheriff as the left side of the trailer lights were not working. No signal or brake lights. Running lights were fine. Once he confirmed it was a trailer issue he provided a verbal warning as asked that I make sure UHaul knows of this problem when the trailer is returned. This is your notification. Please note that lights worked prior to leaving the rental property. I needed to drive over 100 miles to pick up the car to transport. Trailer was fine going but when I loaded the car it was clear the right rear was flat. No puncture of any kind was located and upon getting to an air station the tire was reinflated and no issues for the rest of the rental. Someone needs to check this tire.

ARTHUR TNo one was there. Clised before listed hours of operation. Being I had an electronic rental agreement, I could not leave a copy. We left an unlocked uhaul trailer out side the fence as detailed in the drop off procedure. Seems risky.
