They charged hidden fees that were not disclosed prior to signing the contract and the lady that answered the phone doesn’t know what customer service mean.

ERIC LThe "s" hooks on thevsafety chain Uhaul are using should be one size smaller to accommodate all vehicles, like you had before. I have a VW Atlas, and the representative had to use a smaller size clamp to make the connection. Apparently, all of your "s" hooks were upgraded to the larger size.
Brent BI was prepared to use the app to pick up my rental, but when it didn't work, I was told they don't use that. It would have saved me time if they said that at the beginning.

DANIEL LThe customer service was extremely poor when I picked up the truck as well as when I delivered the truck The back roll up door was getting stuck every time we had to open it or shut it, the driver door was very hard to unlock with key, we rented an appliance dolly that wS defective When we returned the truck and told the 2 women at the counter we were told you get what you pay for deal with it. Very rude will never use this company again
assad sUsually, I am asked by the uhaul representative how many miles I need. But this branch charged me 100 miles. He said he has been in the business for 30 years and it is always 100 miles as deposit. I didn't argue anymore since I know it will be refunded to me. The new house I got is just 3 miles away from my old house. I have have been renting trucks from uhaul for 7 years and this is the first time I was charged 100 miles. Anyway, when I returned the truck, I only used 10 miles. 90 miles was refunded right away after the check out.

My cargo van was fairly new, and I was surprised at how many upgrades these trucks have had over the years - no more crank-down windows, big windshields, and even a back-up camera.

Kathleen GI originally reserved my truck at the location closest to the jobsite. Uhaul called and said that the location needed to be switched, which wasn't a huge deal. When I showed up at that location to get my truck I went to check in online as I had chosen the "mobile pickup" option, just to see that they had switched the location AGAIN, but this time WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I then had to tell the customer we were running late due to Uhauls poor communication. I drove to the next location only to find out that I could not do the mobile pickup there, so I had to wait in like for another 15minutes and call the customer AGAIN. I asked for a discount as this new location added more miles to my trip that I had to pay for, wasted an hour of my time, and irritated my customer, but just got offered free blankets and a dolly...which I already had. So all in all it was a very poor experience. Hope Uhaul does better on the next reservation I have.

Emilie KThe trailer I reserved was not available so I was given a larger one. It was kind of a disappointment because when I made the reservation I was told I would get the smaller size which is much easier to haul and see around.
Michael TPaid $7 for a dolly. Drove to my location to move it wasn’t in my insulated which they promised it would be. I had to drive back to get it which who knows how many miles @0.89 cents I got charged for their mistake and I did not receive a refund or any form of discount. Which is kind of bad buisness

Laura TI was supposed have contactless pick up and be able to check in and pick up the vehicle without human assistance but that wasn’t the case. Also, it would be nice if I could have dropped off after hours. That wasn’t an option. As a result, I didn’t keep the truck as long as I needed. Lastly, my insurance covers rentals but I was forced to purchase your insurance. I paid nearly $50 for a two hour rental. It’s bait and switch.

Carole BPicking up was fine when trailer was returned however the employee who helped had a attitude problem. But that was not the worst he continued to call me white trash until I left. A very racist person I will never go back or recommend.

Richard WRent a 10' and got front right tire low air pressure after 30mins drive. Pumped air and kept driving another 20mins before rear right tire showed problem. I stopped by a U-haul location and requested to swap the truck but nothing was available. Waited another hour to get tire service. Lucky that both tires got swapped at the end and I completed my moving before the deadline to return my apartment. Very poor maintenance and customer service.
