Edgar MWaaaaaaay overcharged us for mileage. We drove maybe 40, 50 max. Got charged for 500 miles. We had the U-Haul for 4 hours. How is that mileage possible?

There were several from which to choose, all clean and ready to go, but I have a slight preference for Ford vans, so that's what I got. Thanks, guys.

I had 10-12 emails over this rental as well as some text messages. Perhaps more coordination and integration of my original order (for truck and trailer) would have helped make this a simpler, smoother rental experience.

R TI’m sorry I am bad with names however he is the only person there every time I rent from the 6th street location. The man is the man, super approachable, friendly, respectful and kind (even started 3 mins before opening and greeted me with a good Morning) Never had issues with truck being dirty or broken down. Fast check in and drop off. This is my go to location. Thank you!
