Daniel BTerrible experience. Scammers work at this address. They took advantage of the situation, I don't know English, they deceived me. I could not sign a contract on my own before renting, asked for help, and in the end I was given a completely different odometer, fuel level and a paid service was added. At the end of the lease, I had to pay extra money for all this, which I did not expect. Know that if you read this review by deceiving people, you won't get richer. God is your judge!
Maksim VThe location was easily accessible. But no attention to detail or making sure we had everything we reserved.. The moving trucks floor was dirty. We reserved a dolly but never received it. Instead received about 20 blankets we did not need.

Benjamin FThe gas gauge upon pickup was not was not precisely matching the paperwork I received. When picking up the truck, I opted for self service. Unfortunately, the store that I picked it up at was not able to do this process. It ended up taking an hour to get the truck and get on our way.

Johanna Rthe location was not open as advertised, staff was not trained to rent vans, staff did not speak english. staff improperly signed a contract that I (customer) did not sign and increased the rental rate and terms.
