The van was infested with roaches, and I was charged for equipment that wasn't in the van. On top of the fact that the gas tank was empty, I put 20.00 in and only got an 8.00 reimbursement. phone number didn't work when I called for assistance with my pickup. This was over all a bad experience and I hope to get a refund of at least 30.00.
Nikita GI paid for a dolly that I did not receive. It was $7 that u-haul essentially stole from me.
Hailey KI rented one from a different location 10 days ago and they where awesome. This morning I rented from this location because the other location didn’t have the size I need. So I make the same trip as I made 10 days ago and went a total of 6 miles then was charged 68.00 for gas. It made no sense but I didn’t not argue payed 138 for the same rental asi pay 46.00 before. That a scam and I will never use haul again
