I'm the next customer, the first two times the truck was the same truck, and was told the air condition wasn't working when I got the truck, but it still wasn't working the second time a week or so later, The third time a newer truck, with horrible cigarette smoke and floor waa dirty in the cab, I took pictures. I also was guoted one price. But charged another

I love the yanceyville location the gentleman gives you up all the information you need he's very knowledgeable. And my bought this gentleman goes out of his way please the customer.

Danny JThis a very open and nice place to rent from. It has lots of space to move your vehicle in and around to pick equipment and vehicles. It would be better to have everything on gravel or pavement, but it is still a great place to rent from. Love the Sheds. I want one of those.
Martin SOverall U-Haul experience was a nightmare. Original reservation spot was changed to another location. That spot was closed and changed to this one, as “a person “ would be there. It was mobile pick up only. App never would complete the transaction. The only positive experience was the angelic lady that completed the ability for me to pick up over the phone. This entire mess got me over 2 hours behind and had me back late to picking up my kids. Overall U-Haul needs to be better on locations knowledge of who’s open and who’s not. I drove to this one because a person was supposed to be there. I didn’t want to do the app pick up.
