Hello, my ref. # is 24562235, i rented a van $19.99, 11.00 for ins. gas was over the amount when i returned van. Why was my debit card charged $42.37
The customer service was horrible. The man who answered the phone did not know how to look up my reservation and he let that be known by stating 'I don't know how to do that'. The phone call experience ruined it for me before I even reached the location.
The woman who helped me was very kind and gave me great customer service .
Representative very nasty over the phone and even worst in person. I urge anyone to call before going there and see what happens. Someone from cooperate should call in periodically and make necessary adjustments. Looks like a garage sale is happening in what suppose to be the office smh some customer service. I would never rent from that location again I rather pay the extra mileage and go somewhere else.
A family friendly location
Very friendly associate, however their office definitely needs a facelift.The truck I rented smelled like cigarette smoke and the transmission didn't seem quite right, either..
This location made the rental painless and made certain that they clearly explained fees/charges. When I needed to extend the rental it was done quickly and easily. Thank you!
The staff was pleasant and efficient. I rented on two separate occasions over the past week, both times were outstanding.
The woman who runs this location is very professional and my experience with her was excellent. The location itself is overgrown with weeds, is difficult to get to from the highway and the roads nearby are like an obstacle course.
make sure that when the customer picks a place, that's the place she gets, this wasn't the place i chose. also make sure that if I pick a time for pick-up that's the time I pick it up, not a half hour before or after because the person running it has something to do and needs to close for a little while or close early.
Arrived to pick up at 7 AM to find location closed (they opened after 7:30. Upon return, I was billed for two rental periods although I had used it for less than one.
Location was a messy place in a real bad location.. It was hard to pick a better location ... I would say if u made it easier to pick location

Every thing was very good
the salesperson at this location is very knowledgeable and very helpful...The problem is that people at headquarters changed my rates after a day into my rental so i ended up paying much more expensive, brings me to say, you can't trust UHaul
