Add straps in the uhauls

Thomas FaulWhen I returned the vehicle, the employee marked the gas gauge at 1/2. I took a photo of the gauge before we left the parking lot and when I dropped it off. I was charged $12.95 for 2 gallons of gas. I can clearly see the 1/2 mark, which means it wasn't covered up. Never just trust them to read the gas gauge accurately. Go out with them. I'm very unhappy about it. I will say, Cannon Ace has very courteous people, even the girl i spoke with, remained courteous during my irate conversation. I did post the 2 photos on my Google review. I dropped it off at 4 am, keys in the drop box. They marked the return as 9:30 am, when I went in to see if they needed anything else from me. Pick up was easy

Martin AwcockThe runter that's the wrong truck. I rented it online for 2 days. When we picked it up, they said we had the return at the next day. When we went to return the next day, they couldn't find a record of my contract, so they gave us the wrong truck. The truck we should have, that was marked out for repair. They didn't know how much gas I needed to replace so I kept kept the truck ananother night. Tell them I would drop it off. In race Lake Minnesota which I did that night when I rented it for 2 nights. I returned and add a time, and that was told. I'm going to all like, $700. Because I didn't return it back to Cannon Falls, what is s*** show!!! I would never use you uhaul again

Richard SirekRental was changed last minute via text to this location from Hampton. I received no phone call or email update, so I thought it was a mistake but called this location to make sure. They said they didn't have a reservation for me and it was rented out. So I go to the other location and the employee says the regional manager approved the transfer to this location; she called to confirm and they said yes they're ready for me. So I wasted my time, gas, and had to put more mileage and gas on the uhaul. Additionally, the agent at this location misread me the price for my purchase twice; he never got it right.

CARLA JOHNSONThe parking location is not intuitive. Obvious signs for "Uhaul truck parking" would be nice. Parking next to uhaul trailers with signs that say no parking gives mixed signals
Dylan GrossIf you make a reservation online 2 weeks in advance, it should fall on UHaul to arrange to have the proper equipment at the reservation location. Not the customer having to drive all over town/ state to get the equipment, especially the day before it was to be picked up... Very Bad Customer Service to not have equipment on hand for reservations. Why do you even do reservation then? I am very thankful to my representative who worked tirelessly to help us get us our need within a 90 minute drive from our reservation location.

We got a text fewer than 24 hours prior to this change from a number that wasn’t recognizable, therefore we didn’t open it. If you are going to make changes, more communication and notice should be given. We lost 4 hours of moving time because of this change!!!

We rented a much better 26ft truck from Spooner WI to Cannon Falls and didn't pay mileage, and got much better gas mileage! Just shocked that this bill is as high as it is since you advertised that it was $29.95!!! I guess I will think twice before I rent from U-Haul again!! Rebecca Berg

Juan GarciaThe rental was only booked for 2-days and I was given an extra day charge for returning it after 3-days even though my confirmation said that up front. I was surprised by the extra day fee - there was extremely poor communication about this excess fee. Very disappointed with Uhaul for effectively hiding these fees.

Brian DeutschThe car hauler lights did not work. The young man said since the tongue to the trailer touched my trailer hitch, “It’s your problem now”. He stated the wiring issue was on my end. I walked next door to the auto parts store and purchased magnetic trailer lights plugged them in and they worked when plugged into my truck but tge uhaul car hauler lights did not work. Apparently when he wrote up the order he missed that I was dropping the trailer off at a different location. Uhaul charged (stole from) me a additional $160+ for Dartstorage? I got pulled over by the police 3 times because the magnetic trailer lights didn’t work but because I had magnetic lights the officers all 3 times said it’s not very safe but is legal after I paid $80 for lights, which was on Uhauls end not my trucks. Police can testify to this. I have all 3 officers cards and complaint numbers. Even if I was supposed to drop back at pick up location that would of jesporfized ppls safety with no lights instead the safest way closest to my drop spot, uhaul extorted my safety for over $160. I will market this if it is not refunded. I took video footage throughout uhauls unsafe practices and would enjoy making commercials

tim meyerWell... I had initially requested this rental to be picked up at the Lakeville, MN location. When confirming on the phone I was told I had to go to Cannon Falls. This was a 30 minute drive. The funny things was as I drove by the Lakeville facility, on my way to Cannon Falls, there were 3 trailers sitting in the lot. Super frustrating....

Donna KaspersenOvercharged for mileage. I was forced to pick up the truck an hour and a half away. Even though I reserved a truck weeks prior at a closer location that was supposed to be guaranteed. I was promised more mileage for compensation, but didn't receive it. Poor service.

Timothy GallagherMan at the service desk (I think name was Andy?) was unbelievably rude and it was easy to see he could care less about his job or the customers. Uhaul smelled VERY strongly of marijuana, when this was mentioned to him the reply was, "Whaddya want me to do about it?! I didnt have anything to do with it!. Air it out." in a very condescending manner. Other basic questions we asked were met with either condescending tones or mixed with expletives. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I dont think I have ever experienced customer service that left me taken aback by blatant rudeness and complete lack of care. Not uhauls fault though!
