You can make an app that doesn’t crash half way through check in and out process or at least a way to get back to the check in and out process when it does crash. We had a horrible experience checking in and out of the no person smart phone check in and spent nearly TWO HOURS on the phone trying to both check in and out. RIDICULOUS. We will never use the app check in and out again and are advising our friends and colleagues not to use it either.

This really is not useful. Uhaul sucks, sent me an hour and a half out of my way to get a truck that was to big. People on phone seemed like this is an everyday occurrence…….Never use uhaul again.
