Steve MIt took a while to finally get the uhaul! The mobil wasn't working so the lady had to do it manually! Took like 5 minutes! Then was handed the wrong key so had to wait in the rain for it to get figured out. Other then that the lady was friendly

Adam DMobile app pickup needs to improve took over 25 minutes for it to go through.
Kevin EMy only issue with this rental, was that when I went online to rent, it stated that the trailer I wanted wasn't available. I drove by in person to see and it was actually on the lot. Other than that, everything went perfectly fine.

Jackie HEverything went smooth. I used the mobile app for pick and drop off, every step was very detailed and told the location of where to find things. Overall would suggest uhaul and mobile pick up and drop off for the ease of everything. Only complaint was the cab smelled like someone had done alot of smoking previously.
Jacob HI had problems from the very start I can't even explain the attendant at the U-Haul station in Owensboro did not know the procedure policies anything the truck was dirty the truck the Chargers for the cell phone to cigarette lighters where you plug the Chargers and didn't work and the truck was just dirty dirty dirty and the roof leaks when it rains and got a bunch of our are moving things wet

Grant DThe lady manager was very nice and friendly. Took care of me as soon as i walked in the door. The truck was all ready to go. Uhaul didn't tell me that i had to upload an ID but she took care of that for me. I could have had that all done when i got there if Uhaul had sent me links and told me that it had to be done. Not her fault but Uhaul needs to streamline their rental procedures.
Bratt DDid not have a dolly we requested and the U-Haul check in process took over an hr with 3 calls. Ridiculous that we got charged 99 cents a mile plus gas, won’t use U-Haul again

David HThis was a Sunday pickup and this site is not open on Sundays. I was having a big problem with the "24/7" "Pick up my truck" - GPS was indicating that I wasn't at the location, even though I was. The owners happened to show up and when learning of my problem, immediately opened their office and got me signed in, completed the pickup process and got me on my way in a very efficient and friendly manner. Their assitance saved my day!!

CURTIS VGPS said I was not at the location and could not, therefore, pick up the truck. Fortunately, even though it was after hours, someone was at the office and they were able to get me on my way quickly. Great personnel! However, I will not trust app to let me pick up equipment in the future.
WILLIAM RI was shorted a few blankets - but that on happens most rentals. I should have counted but I was already running a few hours late due to Uhaul changing my pickup location at the last minute.
Robert MI was on the phone with uhaul tech support for an hour just to pick up the truck because my phone’s GPS said I wasn’t at the location. So I ended up being an hour behind schedule moving due to this. Then when I returned the truck, I completed the questionnaire online and the website said an associate would call me shortly. I knew then it was the same location issue. No one called me. I called uhaul, was on hold for 40 minutes, then someone transferred me to tech services again. So I lost another hour. Then come Monday morning, I get a call from a lady that works at Cartraxx, which is the car dealership where I picked up/dropped off the truck. She told me that for some reason, phone GPS is always off when it comes to that location. So someone knew this was going to be a huge issue, but decided that place was where I should pick up/drop off the truck anyway on a Sunday when both the car dealership and uhaul was closed. Lastly, I used 2/8ths of a tank of gas. Because I wanted to make sure I got the truck back on time (I knew I’d be on the phone with uhaul for an hour), I didn’t have time to put more gas in the truck. I was charged $28.00 for gas - for 2/8ths of a tank of gas. You would think with all of the trouble I had, they could waive that one ridiculous charge. I will not being using uhaul again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Lauren WBiggest thing to improve on is making sure the UHAUL batteries are strong. Ours was weak, and wouldn't start once we loaded it the 1st time. Also, this is just a UHAUL company problem itself: whenever someone goes online and submits their information to be contacted via a certain method for roadside assistance, please pay attention to that. We had to wait over an hour to finally leave the loading location, and had to call a UHaul company on the other side of town to give us a jump start.

Jason MThey were only supposed to charge me 76.00 total I filled up the gas tank and brought it back in the same condition I picked it up in and they charged me a total of 114.00 after the fact I will absolutely never rent another UHAUL again.
