Kearah FoskeyI rented a 15 ft truck, and the back or storage cube was filthy, I had to sweep it clean and wipe up some crud spilled onto the deck before I loaded my furniture and boxes. I received a text AFTER leaving the compound asking me to verify the condition and mileage of the rental. I should have received this prior to leaving as the truck in the photos didn't reflect what I was driving ie Large rusted out spot / gaping hole in the drivers' lower door and scratches and small dents that weren't in the photos of the truck in a U-Haul service bay. I dint receive a receipt when I returned the truck and was told that one would be emailed to me. It's been 11 hrs.' since I returned the truck and all I've received is this survey?? STILL WAITING FOR MY RECEIPT PLEASE!
Mark HollingsworthAfter Uhaul gave me a “free” truck for a day. Had no idea I had it until I called. Turned it in, then overcharged me for miles. Have a corporate account with U-Haul and jumping ship to Ryder.

travis gilmoreOver $1/mile, was told “it’s the same price for 1 day as it is 3 days”. Then after paying, I’m told the truck is on a 1/4 tank. So that’s an additional $100. Was told very firmly at both pick up and drop off that it must be at or over fuel level it was received. However there is no reimbursement if it’s over. So overall I’m not too happy about the experience. I will definitely find other means of relocating any time in the future

shalaylah lamarTo top everything that I went through getting the truck, when I dropped the Uhaul off where I was supposed to my phone wouldn't let me change where the gas hand was! I made sure I left the truck with the same amount it had when I picked it up so I called the night I dropped it off and even customer service looked at the picture and said it was right where I dropped it off and I wouldn't be charged! But I'm assuming this place didn't even bother to truly check the gas hand because you all still charged me $41 for gas! I tried to call the 1800 # about this when I saw it yesterday and I lost my cell signal! My whole experience from picking up to dropping off has been horrible and I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to anyone now! And that's sad because I've always liked this company and have used it a lot!

terrence williamsQuite it is not. It was so noisy in the cab you hardly could carry on a conversation. The headlights were so poor had to keep them on high beam the whole time. Worse uhaul truck I have ever rented.
Joseph FordUhaul can keep honest with there hidden fees, I was told when I called it was 29.95 but when I got there I was charged 89.00 how is this, the guy was really nice and explained the hidden fees only to see this morning the overall bill was 93.00 wowowo I was thrown and I left more miles and gas from which I received!!!! I was annoyed

JAMES PHILYAWThere needs to be personnel willing to assist with unhooking the equipment (6x12) since it is quite heavy. The person on duty was reluctant but eventually “assisted” with unhooking since there is no support leg to take the weight off the hitch ball.

Kathy HarperLocation above is incorrect. Dropped off, per the agreement, at 1300 N. Columbia Ave. Undesirable location. Limited parking. The link for checking out did not function properly so I could not complete the check out by documenting the condition of the rental. This is the 3rd time that the link did not function properly.
