Took over an hour to get as I waited at store. Gas was nearly in empty I returned with a lot more gas then it had. I als have been double billed and trying to get that fixed.

The rear of the U-Haul was left uncleaned, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with the process. Despite uploading all necessary information on my phone, picking up the keys became a challenge. They had to contact regional management, leading to confusion and unnecessary delays. Even after speaking to multiple individuals, including a manager, who had me repeat information already submitted, I still faced a wait of 15 minutes for the keys while the store owner was inattentive, visable on his cellphone, in the back room! Upon return, I had to refill more gas than provided (just 1/8 tank), wasting further time not having a full tank upon pick up and then trying to "eyeball" 1/8 a tank to give it back. Wasted more money and time of mine. Despite cleaning the U-Haul, returning the keys was met with more confusion. The owner contacted the regional manager again, promising to inspect the U-Haul the next day. However, I later received an overdue notice via email, indicating the U-Haul was never checked in. It has been almost 5 days, with the pending charge on my card. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will not be using their services again.
