When I arrived at the location the man that was working was with another customer. When he finally came to acknowledge my presence he said oh your not with them, and i said no. He then proceeded to complain to me about the other customer and later bad mouthed another customer for his poor online review. I found this to be rather unprofessional. When I returned/parked the truck that evening in the same spot it was when I took it and left the truck keys with the chevron attendant it had exactly a half tank of gas. In the morning I received a call that the fuel was under a half tank and that if I did not come and put 2 more gallons of gas that I would be charged an additional $30 fee along with $10 for gas. After returning to put more gas I noticed the truck was parked in a differnt space and after putting the extra 2 gallons of fuel the print out they gave me now showed that it had over a half tank. I know for fact that when I left the truck it had exactly a half tank and since I returned it after hours there was no one to verify the fuel level or mileage. I have rented from other locations and have never had a problem like this. I think that they are crooks and i would never use or recommend this location again.
This location allowed a person using my email and phone number to rent a vehicle with a different name all together. I want to know how this is possible. I need to know if my personal information was compromised.
When I had to drop off the truck, I searched "uhaul" on maps, and went to the location, but it is VERY confusing to find the drop box. After 1 hour, a friend recommended a uhaul location that was further than originally planned, because he knew for sure you could drop off the uhaul and park it even though the gates are closed.
As a first time renter, this information about dropping off should be more simple to access and understand.

The attendant talk entirely to much only one attendant and his ocd personality was interfering with customer services, stories about his personal family.
I would strongly recommend some customer service training. The service tech that helped us was rude unattentive and not professional. at this location you are unable to pick up and return by the instructions given. due to the traffic area is always full so you can't follow the directions given by the attendant in order to return the vehicle properly and he came out there screaming constantly number one the weather was a factor because it was pouring down rain and he was just yelling unnecessarily. the gas station was filled and there's no lanes to get to the other side the gas station and there's no signage telling you how to return the vehicle yes you're giving verbal instructions but if the gas station is full and you can't get by then there's nothing for you to do but wait for the cars to move and he was yelling constantly at me telling me to move and don't park there but there was nowhere for me to go because the place was full I couldn't pass anywhere I did not get out of the vehicle. The vehicle was still running I was just waiting for the cars to pull out so I can pull through but he could not understand that any kept yelling. we strongly recommend that this location: be evaluated to see if it could better service our area and the the gas station itself we would never go back there as long as is the situation stays the same. and there were customers behind us and because of the way we were treated they refused service and left.

No receipt offered nor given when requested for return of truck
Buy a decent truck, it is not ok to rent out trucks in that condition. I paid close to $300 to rent a truck that has obviously not been maintained in years. The fuel gauge goes up and down, the tank was leaking gas while I was filling up, the motor is shit, brakes are terrible, I heard the engine make a popping noise over and over, it took 10 minutes for me to get the truck started at one point, the hooks inside the truck bed ripped right out when i hooked something to them. So much for making moving easier.
