I was having issues with reserving a trailer using both the U-Haul website and the application. I was able to get in touch with Kaylee and she was extremely helpful. With her assistance it went from a frustrating experience to a very positive experience. Her service was well above average and would recommend their business to anyone.
Jake BHours need to be updated. And when a customer calls and leaves a voicemail that they should return the call. And also not charge someone twice for the safe move charge. Thank you.
