Jose Tkind of a spooky office, well really it's a former gas station. the guy was in there when I walked in (I couldn't see him at first). I kept saying hello, hello?. No answer. then I walked in a little further and saw him sitting a few feet behind the counter near the door. I could see him initially because of the piles of junk everywhere. He didn't say a word until I walked toward him and said again "hello". then he grunted and turned on the computer and said "name". weird

mike sOwner/Operator (I think) of this location was great. Had what I needed ready to go, hooked up the trailer quickly and correctly, and helped me figure out the workaround when the app was having permissions issues with my phone. Will rent from again. To be clear, this spot may have been a Texaco 20 years ago, but now it is very much a dedicated truck and trailer rental spot in a Texaco shell.

DAVID DIt's not cool to charge $20 on both ends to hook up the car trailer to the Uhaul truck. This was one of the grossest offices I've ever been in for any business ever.

BRAULIO SLocation was extremely tight and dirty. It also did not feel like it was a very safe place. Could barely pull the uhaul in. Also charged me $59 after. I know the uhaul needed 5 gallons of gas to get it back to half and i was willing to eat that charge but $59 come on!! Would rather drive through the city of houston with the uhaul again then go here.
