The lady working the front gave me a hard time with my license since it was on my phone. I explained to her it was an email from NCDMV. She told me that it could be "manufactured" and that she trusted me and that's the ONLY reason why I could rent from her. She obvious needs better training on this and shouldn't hassle the customer. I've been renting quite frequently from Uhaul lately and this is the only time have been treated this way.

John EThe location is close, convenient, and accessible. A woman came out to assist me returning the trailer. I’m satisfied with my experience. I wouldn’t know the location was a U-haul if there wasn’t u-haul equipment in the parking lot.
JASON BI had problems returning it in the app and the place I returned it to offered to manually return it but didn't till 2 days later after adding 650 extra miles currently fighting it

James DAgain, I had signed up for the 'app dropoff' feature. The location was very poorly lit, had a 6' chain link fence around the entire location, no designated drop off area for after hours drop off. Did not return my phone call inquiring for assistance. The uhaul app froze while attempting to check out and in this rental. Customer service was helpful, but I still got a call asking where I dropped the unit off at?! Seems like this location dropped the ball on checking it in.

ABALO TThey lied about how much gas was in the truck. I got over charged!!! Spoke to a rep and he gave me the area manager for this location. I left a message and still haven't heard back from him. I was charged and extra 75 dollars or so!!!!!

Ryan FNotify the customer as soon as you are aware reserved equipment is not available. I cannot believe only one hand dolly was available in the whole Virginia Beach VA U-Haul system.

Labron CWas basically ignored when dropping off trailer. One employee helped me. Others ignored me. Didn’t get receipt for drop off until 2 days later by email. Hopefully I won’t need to use this facility again. I would rather drive further for better service

Priscilla WUnclear of where to leave Uhaul for 24 hour drop off because all gates were locked on the property. Luckily one of the employees was still there after closing and helped us.
Dustin YThis is an old junkyard. I had to get out to open the gate while traffic backed up behind me, in order to fit the truck in. There were kind of cars and trucks pretty much everywhere. There was really no direction as to where to park, so I just found a spot. In the future, I would probably choose a storage facility type location with more traditional parking. One person came out who was friendly enough but told me to not bother doing the online checkin, and that they would check it out tomorrow. I completed the online checkin process anyways.
Curtis NThe parking lot was a bit tight for a 26’ truck with a trailer. A wider gate would be very helpful.
Monica SThere was an issue with the U-Haul computer program initially but a quick phone call got it squared away. There were no issues with the location or business itself.
