Stanley LWay over priced. We used the 10ft box truck and it was more expensive for us to use it for one day than when we move states last month and used a 20ft truck for a week.

NICOLE MUnfortunately for us the secured facility was an issue since one of our units got broke into and several thousands of dollars were stolen but other than that it worked great for us. The office was super helpful and amazing to work with.

Stephen HThe agent was very nice, but we had to wait for a while because she wasn't in the office. We tried calling when the office was empty, but got a message saying our call couldn't be completed. She said their U-Haul number wasn't working & gave us another number to call if we needed her help. The gas was supposed to be 1/2 full, but was only 1/4 full. The windshield was full of bugs on the outside & very dirty inside.

rick cI wish there was more in stock. Didnt have auto transport dollies(none of the places within 50 miles did) nor did they have trucks bigger than 20ft. I was double booked for equipment and it really set me behind. This wasn't the fault of the place on 2nd street, but it happened within the uhaul company

She really makes this storage facility rock. Anytime I need a storage place to go to or rental of haul, this is my go to place. Hands down!!

Susan MThe return check-in via my phone was a disaster. Half an hour providing every single permission in order to allow your computer to communicate with my phone was all for naught. Never got it to work and had to rely on the local agent to make things right the next morning. I suggest you fix it such that people who are not as computer savvy as their grandchildren (spelled: n-o-r-m-a-l) can do the checkin procedure without half an hour of pure frustration.

doug s | Overall ExperiencePlease include a spare tire. Flats happen. I had to air the tire up every 40 miles getting home and it led to a long night. Until UHaul includes spare tires, a compressor and tire plugs are a backup option

Sarah GThey are closed from 12-1, which was the time we returned our rental. We tried to do the self-check in for the return but the website wouldn’t work. Since we had already disconnected it from our vehicle, we swung by after 1, when they were open again, to get it checked in. The representative at the front desk had already checked the vehicle in so there was nothing left we needed to do. The facilities were fine but the website was awful, both in renting and returning. If there were another company that offered rentals similar to U-Haul, we would have used them a d would use them in the future. If someone picks a location and picks the vehicle they want online, the assumption is that choice will be available at the location they chose rather than having to drive an extra 30 minutes. The website needs a lot of upgrading!!!!

Curtis BI just want to give praises to this Uhaul facility. I have rented from this facility at least 3x since we moved to Oregon, now we are moving out of state and once again they have not disappointed. The service and employees are so friendly it makes you feel like you are using your own equipment and vehicles. I could have gone to the new and bigger facility, but I am always drawn to this smaller one because of it’s good old hospitable, genuine service. Kim is amazing! Thank you Kim for always smiling! Workers like you are an asset to your company! Thank you Uhaul
