We have rented a UHaul for the past 2 weekends and got the same truck that leaks.

OSCAR MARTINEZI wasn't given enough miles to complete my trip. I went straight from Duluth Ga to Griffen Georgia and had to pay an additional 30 dollars when I returned the truck. I just thought that was a little extra for going over 30 miles .

The truck had not been cleaned from previous users, with an extremely dirty outside, windshield and cab. The cargo box floor had some sticky substance on it from an early spill, I would imagine.

Lady at store told me she will send a report for that incident, but anyways I was charged for 9 gallons of gas. Not a happy ending here…

dominique allenintially, they said that i could not use my out of state license, nor my phone, because i need wifi to connect after i was able to use both a month ago from this location. then, they agreed to allow me to rent the U-Haul and proceed with my day. a moving company should not make it difficult for people to "move" about.

MANHARLAL PATELFront left tire was low with warning on dash upon rental. Had horrible smell of cat urine. Worst rental I’ve ever had.
ADDAM TAUSSIGHave trucks available for customer without restrictions, I have to beg the lady in the front desk to please rent me the truck after I had a reservation from 3/4 days in advance.(check emails) I rent Uhaul trucks all the time and never had any problems or restrictions of any kind. The lady in the front desk said that the 20’ trucks I needed and had a reservation for was the agent owe truck and I couldn’t use it because I didn’t have a local driver license.(is the first time that I heard about that restriction) Uhaul is nationwide company. Can somebody in management look into that, I didn’t like the way I was treated in this place just because I had an out of state license. I already had a reservation with credit card in the system. I want to mention that it wasn’t the front lady fault, she was helpful and polite, she called her boss at my request and her boss finally agreed to let me use the truck but I had to literally beg them by then by Uber ride had left and I had no way to go anywhere else. Bad experience in general!!!

When I tried to return this truck in at another location, they told me I had the wrong truck and I could not return it until I sorted through or it would cost me thousands of dollars. I was there for a very long time being pushed from one person to another. I need someone to call me today about this.

Jae KimMaybe an air compressor on-site to fill low tires. My uhaul had a low tire so I had to go to a gas station to fill it. I also didn’t know how much air to put in and had to guess.

Roxanne IrvingThere were 2 negatives. The first was the self check in didn't work and I had to go wait in line to speak with someone. Second the floor of the truck was wet so we had to use blankets and thankfully we had them. But otherwise it was a good experience.
Erin McKenzieThere was an issue with the gas gage. It was supposedly 3/8 full but it didn’t change much when we drove it. We put gas in it, but still were charged a $12 fee.
