Very tight parking lot, with potholes that have to be driven through to get and drop off trailer. Was assisted loading- but my nephew had to unload. I'm used to the service given at the Sam Houston location. This company needs to understand why people reserve trailers at certain locations . Customers that come back have reasons they do.

Better parking. Also I happened to know where it was, but the description in the system was confusing to the pick up location personnel.

be more specific.e.g. u haul storage, gas station, grocery store, I had hard time to find that place and when I finally found it the u haul sign was on the ground. They only have the u haul sticker on the door there was fade cracker barrel #3 sign way up 50 feet off the ground

Not allow this location to rent u-haul's at all. Area kept was muddy and rough terrain. Had to have a 4x4 just to pull it out and almost got stuck.
