If you follow the pick up instruction video to the letter, you can easily get locked inside the gate with vehicles, WITHOUT the actual key to the vehicle you're picking up. They warn you during the video process, however box placement makes it almost impossible to avoid. Not well thought out at all.

Delicia HarrisonI have rented uhauls from this location about 3-4 times, however on this particular day customer service was the worst ever, no friendly customer service and the back of the truck had a small amount of trash inside. I definitely will NOT recommend this location to anyone because of the very unpleasant customer service, now I have to find another location to rent from.

Leshonda JonesThe Uhaul representative was very nice. The truck stopped on me the day of my event. I had to have the truck unloaded. And it stayed in the middle of the street all day until someone came to fix it. Please have maintenance done on your vehicles before renting out to customers.

Also, when dropping the keys off to the rep, he was busy counting cash. I tried to get the vehicle checked in properly but he just said I’ve got you. I asked for a receipt snd he said he’d email it. I went back in as I realized I forgot to turn off the lights. He said not the Worry about it “I’ve got you,” Had I been provided the applicable service (time and attention) I would not have forgotten the candy wrapper left in the cup holder. I would have completed a full walk through but he looked as if he was busy prepping for closing and I wanted to be sure the truck was brought back on time. I never received the email receipt but they had the audacity to send a receipt for a cleaning fee of $25! I’m not happy about that and will dispute the charges.
ATHINA HOLMESLocation accused me of not returning the vehicle and told me they were reporting me to the local police then hung up on me. Less than ten minutes later they located the vehicle in the exact location I told them I left it. They did not update me on finding it and refuse to apologize.
Evan McDonaldThe truck was infested with roaches. "Infested" as in they had a full-on nest there with 30+ adults and the babies, crawling on the walls and the ceiling. I dumped 2 cans of RAID into it, but it wasn't enough and some of them got into my things.

PHILIP WARETruck was dirty. Details of reservation were not honored. Paid for a dolly and it was not included. The miles on the contract were different from the starting mileage in the van (over 100 mile difference). Could not reach anyone to discuss and hope I will not be charged for over 200 miles as I did not drive 200 miles. Just a bad UHaul experience

If a person was alone, they would have to use the code to enter the secure area, then get the code for the key box, which was outside the secure area, then somehow get out of the secure are to pick up the truck key. Then they would have to re-enter the truck area. Confusing. Fortunately there were two of us--one to go inside and the other to use the code to get the key out.

I didn't receive a callback nor letter saying why I would still have the charges remain on a technicality. This will dissuade me from renting with Uhaul.

We only used the unit one day and returned it early to ensure someone else needing a 10ft would have it avaliable. My drop off howeber, was unsettling.
