Check tire pressures before renting. One tire has low air. Noticed when trailer had load. Added air to tire. Mentioned low air to rental location, was thanked for mentioning low air.

Michael RhodesTruck needed an exterior wash as it was covered in dust from the driveway gravel. Not a big deal as far as the truck itself, by the dust is ruining the windshield since everyone (self included) hits to wash button and the wipers grind the dust into the plastic coating of the windshield. There was a pitted film on the glass, it really needs washed properly.

This time was awful- not because of the location but because of the way that the new system is set up electronically. Very confusing process and also time consuming- I spent over an hour there doing the online check out.

Ruthann HowlandTruck was fine. I arrived a little after 4 PM to pick up the truck. The person at the front desk was filthy, rude and completely unhelpful when I asked him about check in. The errors entrance was very dirty. I had to change shirts after brushing against the door. I would strongly encourage you to move the location or tell people not to go to the office at all.

Both Paula and the gentleman that assisted me with the trailer were very friendly and quick with a smile. The trailer was clean. No hidden charges. They even gave me some extra time when I realized I wasn’t going to get back in time. You really can’t ask for better service. It was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Curtis CoxThey should know their equipment better. When asked if the 6x12 trailer had brakes I was told only an emergency brake, no other brake. In fact it has a surge brake. That led to problems later on.

ALAN SIROTThe check in and checkout process was horrible. Nothing worked correctly. Also it never says anything when booking originally but when you go to check in, your required to have a passport or a friend to "verify" your identity. Or a lease agreement. If I was told prior to my pickup I would of been able to provide this information easier. The person at the pickup location was rude and no help whatsoever. The only good part about my experience was the truck itself. It was clean at least and had gas in it. It's very hard to put it back to 3/4 of a tank also without putting more gas than needed in or not enough. I am not sure I will rent from u-haul again unless it's absolutely necessary.
