The people that work at this location are extremely rude and disrespectful. The blonde woman behind the counter actually threatened to fight me. I had to call the cops!!

JEFF JCheck tire pressures before renting. One tire has low air. Noticed when trailer had load. Added air to tire. Mentioned low air to rental location, was thanked for mentioning low air.

Zachary HI arrived at the drop off location and it didn't even exist as a store anymore. So I had to call and receive a new pickup location to drive to. It was very inconvenient.
Michael RTruck needed an exterior wash as it was covered in dust from the driveway gravel. Not a big deal as far as the truck itself, by the dust is ruining the windshield since everyone (self included) hits to wash button and the wipers grind the dust into the plastic coating of the windshield. There was a pitted film on the glass, it really needs washed properly.

BETTY BThe location is great and has never been a problem there renting a Uhaul. This time was awful- not because of the location but because of the way that the new system is set up electronically. Very confusing process and also time consuming- I spent over an hour there doing the online check out.

Anthony BWe reported our truck with roaches and instead of compensation we were treated as though we were not valued customers. Check your truck before leaving if you decide to even deal with this location. There are better ones around.

Ruthann HTruck was fine. I arrived a little after 4 PM to pick up the truck. The person at the front desk was filthy, rude and completely unhelpful when I asked him about check in. The errors entrance was very dirty. I had to change shirts after brushing against the door. I would strongly encourage you to move the location or tell people not to go to the office at all.
Nicolas DGreat experience. The lady at the front desk, Paula, acknowledged everyone who came through the door and was fast and efficient. Both Paula and the gentleman that assisted me with the trailer were very friendly and quick with a smile. The trailer was clean. No hidden charges. They even gave me some extra time when I realized I wasn’t going to get back in time. You really can’t ask for better service. It was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Brock PPaid for / reserved dolly and moving blankets though nothing was in truck. Instructions for picking up (via website) was not intuitive at all. Do not recommend using uhaul.
Benjamin EInternet service was spotty and slow, if the location has WiFi it would be helpful to past that information near the key pickup OR in the app, TruckShare check-in seemed to take forever waiting for photos to upload and pages to load. Otherwise the location was easy to access and use
Trent KThe lady was rude when I asked about returning the vehicle. Basically said I do it or they charge $20. “It’s not that hard.” The gentlemen are always nice there, so I was very surprised by her attitude.

Curtis CThey should know their equipment better. When asked if the 6x12 trailer had brakes I was told only an emergency brake, no other brake. In fact it has a surge brake. That led to problems later on.
