mary aALWAYS make sure ALL tires are filled. The tow dolly had one flat tire that we had to fill bc the employees air compressor wasn’t working. We also filled up a couple of truck tires. Took about 45 mins of our time to do.

David FOverall I have gotten U-Hauls from this place before and the inside is not so clean. I do not know what was in the back this time but it was some black stuff and it got all over things and also I use the app to rent this U-Haul and it was awful. I did not get to pick up my U-Haul at 5:00. It was after and by that time one of my movers had left and did not help. Then the other two got frustrated and after the truck was unloaded onto the sidewalk they left and I am 56 years old with health issues and overall this was a horrible frustrating experience

Shontez RInside engine cover was not latched when I picked it up. The heat on my leg was almost burning until I figured it out and latched it.
Bret MCustomer service was downright incredible. I live about 20 minutes away and needed a last minute rental and called. She took my info, reserved it for me, and had it ready to go when I arrived. From the first phone call from my house to hooked up and driving off the lot was 30 minutes. I would go here again without question!

Carl DCurrens was very helpful and picked up my reservation when Robert's Cycle, with whom I made my reservation, was not able to fulfill my request (the owner was not there and he had not told the person at the desk how to handle UHaul). I do not recommend Robert's Cycle as a location for rental.
