This location needs proper systems when picking up unit. I never received any paperwork nor did I sign for the truck. No walk around was done with me. Truck was not cleaned off of snow I had to wait. Personal information was taken with a personal cell phone via camera. All my personal information was written down on a piece of paper as well. Walked into a store that was closed and the lights were off. U-Haul needs to provide this business with the proper computer systems to conduct business properly and securely. I will say the lady I spoke with days prior was very kind and helpful over the phone and the gentleman who cleaned off the truck was very professional.

The convenience of having a drop off location closer to home is better than traveling another 20+ minutes and several more miles. I wanted to rent from this location, but the auburn location wanted to add more miles to my contract to get more money out of me because they wouldn't guarantee a truck at the requested location.

Michael WI was unaware there was no ramp included with the 10 foot truck. Having been made aware of it, I could’ve made arrangements to have available for my move. Otherwise of that good customer service from the people.
