DENISEMARIE VWorst experience EVER, dealing with any customer service in my life. Waited an hour to get the van. Van was filthy and smelled so bad I had to return the vehicle before I could finish moving. I was supposed to be reimbursed, but I got nothing. Still charged for the rental. Insane.
Cameron HFirst of all, the location is very hard to find. To sign or board. We can assume by just seeing some uHaul trucks outside, otherwise there is no way you can locate the building.
