Was an issue early on but the local company managed it well. The truck was what we needed and after my first process of using/setting up the phone App, I'll be using this location again.

lucie gOnly the owner knew anything about the business and he wasn’t there. The lock Box wasn’t on the truck when I went to pick it up. I will never go to that location again. The truck had an annoying whistle the entire time driving on the highway.
ALBERT AThe people at the locations were all great. It was The traffic department that screwed up several times. I called them three times prior to picking up the vehicle because I wanted to make sure that it was there. And yet they still sent me to a location that doesn’t even have 10 foot one-way vehicles to rent . I also called the number emailed to me before I dropped the vehicle off. I went to the location to drop it off and it was closed. So I had to find another location to drop it off which was Playaz Barbershop. He was great. Because I had to catch a flight and all the time I spent running around and making calls finding a drop off spot, my ride was no longer available snd I had to catch Uber to the airport from Playez Barbershop at a cost of $74. It sure would be nice to get that back.
LENROE HGas consumption, I refilled the gas as stated on my contract. I also have a picture of the fuel gauge. I was charged $6.75 for gas. This, after being told I would receive a $20 credit that I didn’t receive.
JOHN LI don’t even know where to begin. The rental location I received the truck from did not mention it was infested with ants. The cabin was the worst part. It was very unsafe to drive and have things crawling all over you. I now have brought ants into my home because they are in my belongings. I’m very disappointed. When I called customer service today I was told there was a 28 min wait. The hold music stopped after 15 mins and it was dead silence until I hung up at 58 mins 21 secs. Then I used the chat feature on the website and spoke with Martha who reported I would have to drop off my truck first before anyone could issue a refund. She didn’t even address the fact that I told her my final bill differed from my final email. I would like this rectified immediately.
