Was 30 min from my home and 10 other uhaul places between my home and this trop off. Since when can you not drop off a uhaul at at uhaul dealer but go way out of the way to a special one.
Greg TI never actually saw the U Haul representative. We spoke over the phone when I arrived to pick up the key. No papers of any kind were given to me. When I checked in the truck, I was told the representative would be there in a couple of hours to complete the check in and we would receive a phone call upon completion. This never happened. There are no signs indicating the ParMar store in Mineral Wells WV. The store signs have not been changed from BP to ParMar.
