Have a truck at the location I reserved instead of making me drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick one up. Hire more people, don't make your customers do the work for you.

RONALD KI rented the 'Auto Transport' trailer and it was excellent and designed right for the job. I considered the Tow Dolly as it would have worked ok for my front wheel drive vehicle, but I was very happy I utilized the Auto Transport trailer instead.
David BI had to drive 3 hours out of my way to pick up the trailer at this location. When I made the reservation the website said there was a trailer available at the location near my starting point, but apparently that was inaccurate. The only other viable option was driving 1.5 hours each way to get this trailer.

Eric SDo not change the drop off location in mid stride. First we were told to drop the truck off at a location in Tilamook and then that was changed to the one above. Bad Customer Service all the way around. I would not rent from you again.

DANA AIt would be nice to have a U-Haul dealer in Tillamook so I did not have to drive 15 miles to get a truck. The floor of the truck was a bit on the dirty side. Other than that it was fine. Dan the owner of the place did have everything ready and emailed a receipt already.

Kevin FYour customer service wold better if you who make equipment easier to access I have 2 uhaul locations in town but the day before I picked up a trailer I got a phone call for one of your employees saying that if I wanted the trailer I need to drive to another town to pickup it was 80 miles away round trip and I had to return it back to that location or I would have to pay an extra $50.00. I had to drive an extra 160 miles or almost 4hrs. I have rented from you multiple times I was even an employee at one time. I will not rent from you again I guess I will have to go to your competitors.

I reserved a trailer to be picked up in Newport, OR a week in advance and ended up having to drive over 100 miles roundtrip to pick up trailer in Beaver, OR. This is terrible service! When you reserve for pick-up at a specific location, there should be a trailer waiting and ready. Very poor logistics!
Michael CI dropped off the trailer and loan agreement form after hours. It would be handy to have a way that customers could check the equipment in at the service dealership. It would make check-ins more convenient for someone like myself who only has internet service at the place I am moving from. The owner in Beaver was very helpful.
Sandra KNot rent me a leaky trailer, my bed & other things are very water damaged & the insurance I purchased doesn't cover water damage, much to my chagrin.
Lisa WDave did a wonderful job! After loading he even let me park the truck at his location so I didn't have to drive the big truck up Bunn Creek Road, a narrow bumpy road with low hanging branches.

Courtney FDave was very responsive and friendly. We were in and out of there in about 10 minutes. The appliance dolly needed work. Screws that were put in the feet were too long and one wheel would not swivel. We couldn't use the dolly.
