Worst experience ever. I went to go pick up the u-haul at the location it was supposed to be reserved at. no one ever showed up and when I called the locations phone number they told me they were not going to open on time and would not be there for several hours. I called the main number to u-haul for help and was told that I would have to go to another location, so I headed to the location I was told I could get service, then just before i got to that location the lady from u-haul called and said I am sorry the 2nd location will not be opening today either. The lady from u-haul was helpful and was able to find me a u-haul that had what I needed and was open. I was extremely late to my appointment and did not make the dead line that I had to work with due to irresponsible business practice from your locations and the amount of fuel and frustration I had to go through should have been reason for a refund plus aggravation fee. I was told someone would call me and that never happened either. I suspect who ever was supposed to call seen everything I had to go through and decided they did not want to speak to me. Now I am replying with this email, so we shall see just how reputable u-haul really is. Thank you,

Picking up truck is a slow process. He asked a lot of the same information that I had already entered online. If they have to ask it, then why bother entering it online?

Please make sure people do not smoke in these vehicles. The smell is awful and made us both ill. We had to buy some odor eliminator to spray the truck before we could use it. The spray helped but it was so full of the odor that it was still there. Charge folks that refuse to quit the smoking in rental vehicles! Some of us are allergic to it. "Very allergic"

Clean the interior of the vehicle. I picked up a bed and the mattress got slightly dirty due to the floor mat in the van.

We did not turn the trailer in dirty. We used a blower to clear out any debris and we were charged a $15 cleaning fee. When I called to find out why, I was told that he swept it out.
