No one at the front desk upon arrival and waited quite a while for someone. Staff did not explain the procedure to return rental which caused confusion when returning.. APP is very glitchy and even staff indicated that a lot of times doesn't work. If you want to use the App for renting then should work. Was very frustrating. No where else with renting vehicles makes the customer do all this work to return the vehicle. Not likely to rent from you again. Especially from this partner location. Cost of rental was fair.

Zelia TThe brakes are not working properly Both The cigarette lighters doesn’t have power so cannot charge phone and Garmin Headlight bulbs are dim The rearview mirrors were dirty There’s no signage saying rental fee is for 24hrs, not mentioned on the website & app even the receptionist didn’t mention that rental is for 24hrs Else I would not have returned it before 3hrs As I had another task the next day I had to book another van the next day but I didn’t book Uhaul due to this bad experience
Tapan MThe first van was covered with mud everywhere inside because it was used for construction so we switched for another. The return was a little tricky because we kept losing the pictures and having to start over. It took three tries before we were successful.
Steven B- The Uhaul service is too expensive for town to town move - Vehicle inspection needs to be done by Location co-ordinator rather than asking to upload photos - Payment system seems to be flawed , with no reason my two Canadian credit card were decline and I need pay using US credit card - Vehicle return policy is absolute nonsense and garbage , incase there is some delay in return of vehicle customer needs to pay double the rental amount and extra penalty as well. - Sorry to be sound very rede , but I will definitely encourage people to look for alternate option which provide better service
Sachin PI drove my Uhaul 12 miles but paid 20 dollars for gas. I filled in 10 dollars of gas and was charged additional 10 dollars when returning it. That is ridiculous

Darwin DI was given a van that was flashing needs oil change since I got it, the windows & doors were frozen & we had difficulty using them. The wipers were placed up but the windshield was full of ice preventing me from using the wipers & the back of the truck where you climb in and out was very icy & caused myself & family to slip on it.I also had no access to the odometer reading due to ty flashing maintenance sign. Upon returning the vehicle I experienced many difficulties with trying to get pics required & my hands & face felt like they were getting frostbite while trying to get the pics required. Overall not a good experience!!

Hemil SLocation was fine. Overall uhaul experience was not fine. My location for pick up was changed, my time was changed twice and then my truck was not at the location to pick up when it was supposed to be. Totally inconvenienced and stressed. When I picked up truck it had a sensor indicated for a low tire that was not recorded by the previous renter.

SITEN PREALLY annoying that everything was online and it was close to impossible just to simply go to the counter and sign out the vehicle after giving my information. Sick of having to take a bunch of steps online to sign out a truck. It's great that things can be done online, but that shouldn't be the ONLY way to do everything.
Julian BWas told that there's going to be a discount because 15" cube van that I ordered was unavailable. End-up making another trip with pickup truck and trailer and never seen that discount to top all of that fuel tank was low and I filled it up the difference between full and what was there when i got it was around 80$ i didn't get that either. Was told that someone will call me before invoicing that didn't happened either. Tire was low, car was shaking when loaded and I'm kind of disappointed and i don't really think that anyone will read that so i guess another company next time. And here you go wanted my opinion I delivered.

Kaitlyn SWorst Uhaul Location ever visited. The truck was so dirty and muddy. They overcharged me 2 times. First time, I told them I will book for a whole day and they sneakily put the booking for just 6 hours so they could double charge me, and then I did the after hours check in and they still charged me the 20 check in fee. Scammers, they dont respect the laws of honesty and truth in business. Disgusting.

Heather JMake the process to check out the vehicle and checkout back in simpler. Make sure the vehicles are cleaned between uses. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee but when I got the vehicle there was garbage in it and it smelled badly.

Kofi AI have been renting uhaul for a long time now . And if ever I am to rent again and I ha e to go to that Location, I'll carry my load on my head. Worst customer service experience. Upon acquiring the unit, I was told that what the customer service representative on the phone told me does not apply to that location, so I had to have my friend redo the entire process. Upon returning the unit, my phone died, I couldn't take pictures Upon return. I asked for assistance, I was told no, they don't do that. I have to wait until the mechanic comes later on in the evening to check off. I recorded the info on paper and asked for her to take a pic of my paper and match it with what the mech Says! Only to find that No. They do not offer that service at that location. But a few minutes later after I uber home, I got a bill that is 100% questionable. 1sr of all, I returned way more fuel in the truck than was given, but I am billed $20.+ for fuel No only way I can dispute this is my reputation with uhaul and or the paper that i marked to show the front desk personal .. If this is a hotel and the proper service can't be provided, please do not send customers there. Even my friend who came with me on pick up says he won't go back to that location or else he's going to get himself in trouble. Worst uhaul experience ever. Worst. From beginning to ending . The only good part on the experience was the customer service representative I spoke to twice on the phone for booking and extension. Again if that's the location I have to re t another uhaul from, I'll take my chances with my load on my head. NEVER AGAIN
