Appt was for 9:00 am on 12/16/2023. The lady did not get there until 9:30 am. The back of the truck was dirty when we received it. We had to do the walk around by ourselves and take pictures of the hold truck and mileage to make we were not held responsible for any damages.

communicate that there is no drop off box to leave the key and the fact they asked us to return the vehicle at 9:00 and no one was at the location to except it and didnt open till 10 and no one told us this
