We had to wait for the guy to come back from “down the road” and then, he did not complete the rental contract correctly causing us to have issues when we went to the drop off location.
MICHELLE CARYTrailer smelt bad of gasoline. I was using the trailer to transport couches. Hopefully the fabric didn’t absorb the smell. Had to wait about 20 mins for someone to help me at the place. Man at the front desk said that the person that takes care of Uhaul was changing oil in a car.

Domenic ColettaI rent over a dozen Uhaul trucks a year, many transactions are fine, I pay you give me a truck end of relationship. Everyone at this location was very friendly and just genuine salt of the earth people, it really started my day off well. The area where the Uhaul trucks are kept at this location is wide open and easy to get in and out of with any size truck, some Uhaul locations it is sardines with the trucks, but not here, would definitely pickup here anytime.
joseph MisnerI keep having my pick up locations changed and have to put extra miles on to my already expensive move. Uhaul must hear constant complaints about the mileage. What happened to unlimited miles, or at least going half w/the customers? I was promised extra miles for the last minute changes, but I dont see it reflected this is now twice.
Michael LevineTruck Share: Pickup location was completely dark, no lighting. Key box is nowhere near vehicles, across the road. Key were not in the box, which delayed my move (12 hours) until the locations operating hours. When I did pickup, they didn't have the dolly and pads I reserved.
James MooneyThe drop-off place was fine. Only thing is I didn't get a receipt that I actually dropped off the truck. The guy told me he would check the truck out later. thank God everything was fine but if it wasn't I had no proof that it was when I dropped it off.
Eric AitkensNo one assisted me. I was told to unhitch the trailer and leave it where other u-hauls were located and they would take care of it later. Not my ideal of customer service.

Jeffrey ZeroThis trailer was covered with mud and dirt when I picked it up I even asked if they were going to rinse it off and the answer was no. So I rinsed it myself.
Dean G. HornigOriginally we went to the Pocono Boat House on Rte. 940. Tha lady at tha desk asked if we had made an appointment to which we replied no.(did not realize it was necessary). She informed us we could get a truck but needed to schedule everything online using the U-Haul app. We were not able to get the app to work and were not able to rent a truck from this establishment. We left and drove to Jimmy's Auto and Towing. No app was required and we were able to get on the road very quickly.
