It wasn’t the location but the equipment was garbage one of the tire straps broke due to it rubbing on bolts in the tire well that were put on backwards also the lights on the trailer stopped working we had to call road side to fix both problems when you spend $600 bucks to rent a car dolly you expect it to not be crap.

Caroline RThere was a change and was asked to drop off over 2hr away from where i wanted to drop off the truck so i paid for the fuel for the truck and also my own vehicle to take 4 hr out of my over exausted day to drop off the truck when i could have dropped it off only 10 min. Away but then 3weeks later I'm now been charged almost $400 from my bank by uhaul for some unknown reason and now I'm over 800 over drawn due to overdraft charges from this mistake by your company
Sid DThe truck reeked of cigarettes and there were cogarret droppings in cup holders. The truck had gas cap light and check engine light on, the person said they knew about it but was ok. The vehicle was rickety and the shifter was hard to change. The parking brake didn’t work. I felt like I was driving a death trap so I returned early.

eddie cThe problem is that the original place of my reservation didn't have a truck (Acton Ace Hardware). Nor did the next place (furniture place in Palmdale). I had to go way out to Rosemond to get a truck. I was really jerked around. I was greatly delayed. But the laundry man was very helpful but I was way late in my planned schedule. Uhaul seems so disorganized and non caring about their costumers.

John SThe man lied to my sister about covering the mileage in the second trip because he didn’t have the truck she needed the truck was on E and then he told her he will reimburse $36.00 then when we turned the truck in he over charged her complained about the gas she didn’t leave in the truck then told her we owed him $40.00 so she told him he can keep the 36.00 and she will bring him 4.00 to cover the difference and he told her she had to pay the full 40.00 out of pocket which meant he kept the 36.00 plus wanted an additional 40.00 on top of that she went up there twice to pay him the 40.00 because the truck was in my name and he told her that I wouldn’t be able to rent another truck until she paid him so both times she went to pay him she texted his phone to tell him the time she was coming and he would leave and not respond then call an hour or so later talkin about he can meet her away from his office area to retrieve the money and she told him no she will meet him at his office and it was 7:30 pm what type of weird time was he on? I’ll never refer this place to anyone ever in life service was trash and unprofessional as hell
