They over charge and charge you multiple transactions but then doesn’t take responsibility for it. Have been charged over $500 for one day of use? Something isn’t adding up. Sounds like some crooks.

I called that location where I picked it up at and was told that it was the Cadillac converter that was put on that it was an after market brand that’s causing the light to come on. If that was the case that truck should’ve been rented out to no one until it was fixed. I was driving over 280 miles.

I went with Wild Child cycles, and just like the other reviewers said, the lady running the place was extremely helpful and nice. Everything went very smoothly and even had some delightful conversation. I would for sure go back to them when / if I ever need to rent another vehicle. If you are in the azle springtown area, this is the place you want to do business with to rent your uhaul.

Debbie BAs an elderly woman, I did not like turning my truck in and trying to use the flash light on my phone to see. The uhaul trucks are not in the nice lit up parking lot at their business, their parked along the dark street. I'm so glad this experience with uhaul is over.
