The floor and ramp of the truck needed washing or mopping. Make sure associates put the correct number of furniture pads in the truck. The lady that processed the rental was very nice!

Be there during the hours you have posted. No one was at the location Sunday morning during the hours they were supposed to be so I had to do key drop which was fine. Since I couldn't get in I couldn't rate the entire experience, hence - not applicable

Another employee should answer the phone while the person handling the rental is taking care of a customer. It takes twice as long to handle the transaction due to all of the interruptions.

Only thing that I would of liked to know about if it was a option. Was cruise control I drove 830 miles n my truck did not have cruise control. I didn't even think to ask until I was trying to put it in cruise on the highway. So I'm not sure if your trucks have it or not but it sure would of been nice. Cruise is so common in most vehicles these days we don't even think bout it till its to late. Other than that everything else was as it should of been.
