The service and location was excellent. The gentlemen that assisted us was very polite and professional. There was something wrong with the driver's side rearview door mirror, which made it hang down so low you could not see out of it to back up the truck safely. Once we arrived out our destination, we got out of the truck, and closed the door, and the mirror fell off in our hands. I informed the representative about this who said that they were aware of the mirror. This is my only complaint. I would recommend making sure features such as this are in good shape before allowing the truck to leave the rental site. Thank you.

Meaghan aThe return process was quick, but I wasn't given a chance to review any information before leaving. I'm not sure if the issues with incorrect charges are the fault of this location, the pickup location or the scheduling and reservation process. I had to call multiple times to change my reservation because the equipment wasn't available at the reserved location and the reserved return location didn't have parking space. Each time the reservation was updated by Uhaul, the new location was extremely, unreasonably inconvenient, so I had to spend time on the phone to looking for alternatives. I would choose any competitor over Uhaul in the future.
