Employees were very nice and helpful. But the inside and outside of the truck was dirty. May I suggest a U-Haul location closer to the airport?
Gail IThere was enough space to park the 15 ft truck. I had the same issue with the app when dripping it off: The app wasn't working properly to pick up/drop off Keyes to the truck. It would not recognize my location although the settings were set to "share always". Because this location was closed on Sunday I had to call customer support to make sure my rental drop off was acknowledged.

William WIf I ever need a U - Haul again I will always come back to this business. They are nice friendly and very helpful and will work with you. James ERental pick up location was great. Small auto repair shop. Patient and kind owners at this shop. Not a lot of space to park UHaul trucks, but I still recommend if you need a smaller size rental. They also have some fun cars to look at parked at the shop. Thank you!

Jennifer Dthere wasn't a way for me to check my rental in on the app until the next morning. the app should be updated to allow people to check it back in whenever they are finished with it; this isn't this locations fault but the app was not working properly.

Safiya CI selected phone pick up and when I got there the Uhaul van was blocked by other vehicles. Had to wait for staff to arrive to move the vehicles in order to take the van. The back door of the uhaul didn't open.

LINDA DI got charged about $70 more in fees for having the truck 3 more hours which was really upsetting and wasn't told to me. I would have just got a moving company if i knew it was gunna be that expensive i feel ripped off.

Natthawat WI left the truck with them, with a full tank of gas. They reported to you it was half empty and so I was charged extra. I will not use them again. Also, a block from dropping it off the tire pressure alert went off.
Christina BBecause no one was at the uhaul location to give me my scheduled rental, I had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to get there causing the furniture I was getting the uhaul to pick up to be sold to someone else. Very disappointed with my service

Jennifer NI rented the pickup truck. This location was the closest to me with the reservation available (7 miles away). I got Home and there wasn’t a hitch. I was able to scramble and find a hitch of my own. Now I’m a hitch owner. The staff was very nice at this location but check for a hitch if you get the Pickup
