Sierra RUse of a cell phone, is clumsy and time consuming as we're standing outside shivering in cold and dark of night. The program was not working well and Jim had to keep redoing it. I can't really read anything. I'm just an old guy that doesn't like that kind of stuff.

kim cIt stated it was open but no one was there to receive the truck and tow dolly. Luckily there was phone reception there and I was able to perform a self checkin. I did receive an email a short time later confirming the drop off and mileage. I took pictures just in case but they were not required.
ROBERT MChristine was very helpful. U-haul was closed because of Labor Day weekend. I called Friday to let them know we would be returning the trailer Saturday. Christine answered and was so sweet and helpful in letting us know how to return the trailer since they would not be there. She was wonderful and truly an asset to your company.

Kevin FDisclose full price better. Was told my rental was approximate $180. Then at time of actually taking possession the price changed to over $500. Little bit of big difference. Wasn't clear that I also had to pay per mile on top of renting. I didn't have another option so I still rented but was a disappointed it wasn't more clearly disclosed.
Chris RKeep employing good personnel. The woman that helped me with the auto transport trailer, Christine, went above and beyond the normal to help me get the trailer hooked up and even deal with a flat( quickest way was to exchange transporters - which she did with no hesitation. Your employees( contract or franchise managers are the frontline in customer service) Christine personifies good customer service.
