Cameron BoniThe U-Haul was great but the man added the extra insurance AFTER I already opted out of it without asking my permission. So then I had to go back to have it refunded so that was a little bit of a hassle.

The man was nice and helped me with my order. If they could clean up the UHaul rental counter and have someone there to greet us-I would have given them 5-stars.

TIMOTHY MUTTONGetting the tow dolly sucked bad. I had made a reservation to pick it up a week in advance at pro repair in Lander wy. When I called to set up pick up I was told they didn't have one. I then had to drive 5 hours to get a dolly. That set me back a whole day.

GUY STEVEN SENICEROSThe rental location for uhaul is very messy unorganized cluttered in the back garage area, the vehicle had bugs and road dirt on the outside the inside had spilled beverage that the attendant went and got paper towels and spray cleaner to clean up before I left. He did not seem like he wanted to wait on me. I did not know about the insurance I needed to purchase so it took longer to pick up and he seemed frustrated by this. I was able to get the vehicle.

Anthony RayTrailer was dirty. Tire securing webbing was worn and unuseable. Used my personal tie ratchet. Two tires worn out. Had a flat tire and I luckily found a tire shop open to patch it. I paid for it myself. Improvement would be better maintenance.

Bruce GressThy gave me an appliance dolly that was rusted and the strap lock did not work. When I went back to exchange it the person on duty was reluctant to exchange it and could not understand why I wanted to exchange it . He ony agreed to exchange it after I told him that I tried to move a bulky object and the strap woulf not lock into place. I had to go through cuatomer service to straighten out the problems with my rental. I had use the online reservation system to lease a 26 foot truck. I was informed that a representative would call me early Friday May 25 about my reservation, but no one called me. I happened to go by the location to inquire about my reservation and was told that I could nt pick up the 26 foot truck at the assigned time because they would be closed. The online reservation ystem never told me that.. Instead I had to take thw 15 foot truck that thy had. I was charged $0.89 per mile instead of the $0,69 per mile that the online system had quoted me. I also wanted to return my rental in Basin. However He had already printed my contract and told me I woud have to call customer service to make any changes. The pickup time was 12:09 pm and my dropoff time was 8am. I had wanted the vehicle for Pickup on Monday May 28 with a potential return od Wednesday May 30 with potentil extensions to Friday June 1. I recieved two communications from the revovery ubit, even though I hd extended my contract for the Thursday and Friday on two occasions. From what I could tell, there was no reasonable nor prompt communication between Customer Service, Customr service supervisors and the recovery section. Each time I extended my rental, I had requested that an email be sent to me confirming the change. At no time did this ever occur. We were on a tight deadline to be vacated from our previous residence in Worland. This uhaul experience was quite disappointing. I spent multiple times trying to contact customr service and my wait time on hold ranged from nearly 30 minutes to 45 minutes, all while the clock was ticking on my family's move. One time I spoke to a customer service representative who insisted that I was in default of my contract. I asked them if they read the extensive notes on my contract. They did not. I immediatly asked for a supervior. There was no continuity throughout my rental exprience. I was very disappointed with your cutomer service and will be reluctant to use Uhaul on my next move.

Robert MullinThis location did not ask me to evaluate the trailer for dents, scratches, etc. I had to remind them that I needed to do so, Additionally, I believe that they charged me more than I should have been charged!!
Wade MyersI am frustrated by my overall U-Haul experience in that I had to drive 140 miles round trip to pick up a truck even though I made my reservation well in advance of my pickup date. For that reason, I would be hesitant to ever use U-Haul again. Will make other arrangements.
David PeckThis was a miserable experience. Two weeks prior to my move I asked to reserve a 14 ft. van. Fernando advised that the 17 foot van was the same price so I reserved it. I called the day before to confirm it was there and was advised he had no trucks. This created a huge amount of stress. He advised he'd call UHaul and see what he could do. He then called back and advised, as if it was my fault, that he had to go to Cody Wyoming to get the truck. I showed up the next day and the only truck on the property was the giant 26 footer. I had no desire for such a big truck as I was just moving a small amount of items for a temporary job in Missouri. He then laid the blame on me and said that he told me that he was going to Cody to get a large truck. He was very snide in his comments. I advised that I didn't want to drive such a huge truck across the country, use all the extra gas etc.. and he said there was nothing he could do. His whole attitude about the situation was infuriating. It was as if the UHaul part of his business was nothing more than a nuisance and the UHaul customer was a mosquito to be flicked. Moving is stressful enough. Fernando made it exponentially more so. Further, the truck was filthy. Full of dust inside the cab and in the back. I would not rent from UHaul again. Instead I will use Ryder or Penske and drive the extra miles to return the vehicle.

phyllis lewisWe had to drive 3 hours to pick up two trailers and one had a bad rim (flat when we got home) and one had light issues. Staff were challenged by the computer aspect and would not help me with turning the ball over on my hitch.

tracy smithDo not use Dent's in Riverton Wy! I had a Trailer reserved two weeks in advance went to pick it up john dent stated he had rented it to someone else. I called Wyoming dispatcher she stated she had told john dent not to rent it to anyone except me, the previous day. She found me this other trailer about a hundred miles away in Worland Wy. She really saved the day! I wouldn't recommend Dents In Riverton Wy to anybody!
